Q) How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

We ship Monday through Friday, orders received by 12PM EST ship same day. Orders Placed after 12PM EST will ship the following business day.

Q) How much is shipping?

We offer a free domestic shipping option for all items. If you need it there faster we also have expedited and overnight options.

Q) Can I track my order?

Yes, we will issue a tracking number once your order ships, please allow 24 hours for USPS to update tracking info on their website.

Q) Can I pick up my order?

We do not have a retail location and do not offer local pickup.

Q) Do you ship international?

Yes, if you have an address we will ship to you, anywhere in the world!

Q) How can I return a part I no longer need?
A)
We will accept your return in original condition for any reason within 14 days of purchase. Please REQUEST A RETURN, and we will respond with an RMA # and our return address.

Q) How can I get a refund or exchange for a broken part?

If your part is still under warranty, send it back to us for a refund or replacement. Please Request A Return , and we will respond with an RMA # and our return address.
