Return Policy
We will accept authorized returns within 14 days of the purchase date.
All authorized returns must be in their original condition, include all components, and cannot be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation. Returns missing components will not be credited. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are not responsible for labor expenses, towing expenses, additional repair expenses or rental car expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation.
Return Procedure
In order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization, RMA #, Please Request A Return and complete the form as best as possible. Once your RMA Request has been submitted, we will review your request, and reply by email with the return address and RMA# you MUST include with the return.
All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns resulting from improper packaging.
Freight Cost:
Original freight charges are not reimbursable unless the return is a direct result of our error. The buyer is responsible for return and reshipment costs.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee is deducted from returns that are not the direct result of our error.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds and Exchanges will be processed within 1-3 business days from the time the return is received. Please allow an additional 2-5 days for credits to post back to your credit card. A new tracking number will be issued for exchange shipments.
Shipping Terms and Conditions
On orders shipped USPS Express (Overnight), the shipping carrier reserves the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours. This is beyond our control and air-shipping charges will NOT be refunded for this reason. Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. Our warehouses put forth every effort to prevent shipping damage however, it does occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged part, do NOT accept the package, have the shipper immediately return to sender. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to sender. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 14 calendar days, regardless of the party at fault. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed delivered by the courier tracking service. All such claims must be processed through the shipping company.
Cancellation Policy
All orders are electronically processed and forwarded to the warehouse immediately after the order is confirmed therefore, the window of opportunity to cancel an order is limited. Please contact us through our help desk or live chat, and we will try our best to cancel the order before it is shipped.

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase, Monday Through Friday. Orders placed before 12PM EST will be shipped the same day. Shipping time will vary based on location and shipping service.

- Express mail is normally overnight, however it is only guaranteed at 2 days. No shipping refunds will be made unless an express mail shipment takes longer than two days.

- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for the reshipment cost.
- International customs charges are not pre-paid, we are no responsible for these charges
