Retired Kentucky Supreme Court Justice Bill Cunningham was awarded an honorary doctorate from 麻花导航, receiving a Doctor of Laws as part of the fall 2022 commencement ceremony on Dec. 10 at the CFSB Center.
Mary Ford Holland was posthumously awarded an honorary doctorate from 麻花导航 as part of the fall 2022 commencement ceremony on Dec. 10 at the CFSB Center. Holland received a Doctor of Education, with the degree accepted by Elnora Ford, Holland鈥檚 niece and longtime caretaker.

Dr. Brian Clardy, associate professor of History at 麻花导航, has been unanimously elected the next Chair of the Kentucky Humanities Council (KHC) Board of Directors. Clardy was first appointed to the KHC and the Kentucky Oral History Commission by Governor Andy Beshear in 2020. He currently serves as the Vice Chair of the KHC Board to Judge Charles W. Boteler of Louisville, and chair of the Kentucky Oral History Commission.
Ashley Pizzolato, a senior Japanese major and Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) minor from Donaldson, Arkansas, recently won the Silver Award in the College Division II category of Japanese Learning Inspired Vision and Engagement (J.LIVE) Talk, a national Japanese language speech competition.
